Hi Sarah,

Have you tried re-booting your phone? Turn it off and then on again ……….. although you shouldn’t need to!

Have you looked at your google contacts on the internet to see if they are there?

I just downloaded it and though it says it’s done 18 contacts and I saw pictures flash up they are not in my phone book. Cannot work out anything I might have done wrong.
